The Tipsy Bear at Eagles Nest

Welcome to Tipsy Bear, a luxurious mountain retreat nestled in the prestigious Lodges at Eagles Nest. This spacious 4-bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, making it perfect for family vacations or group getaways.

Relax and soak in the stunning long-range mountain views from the expansive deck or unwind in the bubbling hot tub. Inside, the cozy living room features a gas fireplace, perfect for chilly evenings.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures, complete with modern appliances and all the essentials to prepare a feast for your group. The main level also boasts a primary bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, offering convenience and privacy.

Step outside to enjoy the mountain air by the outdoor gas fireplace, an ideal spot for gathering with friends and family after a day of adventure. Whether you're curled up by the fire or gazing at the breathtaking scenery, Tipsy Bear promises a serene and unforgettable mountain experience.

Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older.  This is strictly enforced. 

Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. 
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website 
- All linens and towels provided.
- This homeowner monitors the driveway with a security camera.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Guests returning to this home may receive a discount of 5% to the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
